Substantial overhaul for Bribery Act guiding principals

The Ministry of Justice’s guidance for implementation of the UK’s Bribery Act 2010 will differ “quite substantially” from the draft principles previously released last year, according to Roderick Macauley, the Bribery Act implementation manager at the Ministry. The six guiding principles that firms will have to adhere to, will however remain.
