Private Criminal Prosecutions

Over the past few years we have seen a rise in the number of private criminal prosecutions. There are many reasons for this, not least being the budget cuts enforced upon the police which have reduced their ability to deal with all number of cases, but particularly fraud matters.

Here at BGP we have assisted a number of clients and law firms in gathering evidence for such prosecutions. Although there are a number of firms that are competent in this field, it must be borne in mind that it is a particularly specialist legal arena that ideally should be overseen by lawyers with experience as prosecutors.

If we are able to assist, or if you would simply like to discuss options, then please contact our senior consultant Ian Horrocks, or email info@bgpglobalservices.com.
